  • How Quickly Do Items Ship?

    All items typically ship within 24-72 hours during the business week. Tracking should be available within 72 hours. If we are delayed for any reason, our cusome service team will reach out.

  • Do You Offer Returns or Exchanges?

    While we are sad an item didn’t work out for you as planned, we do accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving. To begin and exchange, please email orders@kismetcosmetics.com with your order number and products you wish to return or exchange.

  • Are All Your Products Cruelty-Free?

    Yes! All of our products are Cruelty-Free. We are big lovers of animals around here, so we do not test our natural products on animals.

  • Do You Do Hair & Makeup For Weddings?

    We sure do! It is one of our specialties. We offer both on-location and in-studio hairstyling and makeup applications for various occasions, including weddings. Interested in a quote? Email bookings@kismetcosmetics.com.

    YES! We have a revamped store that has nearly every glitter color and design you can imagine. Come by our studio to blend your own custom glitters.
